About the Zi Ran Wu Yi Kung Fu school
The name of the school already tells a lot about the school itself:
- Zi Ran means natural self
- Wu Yi means martial art
- Kung Fu is an expression for “hard work” in connection with “ability”. So a skill cultivated through hard work and diligence.
We learn to express ourselves, that means our naturalness. There is no ranking system and no strict forms. Everyone is individual and it is this individuality that everyone can incorporate into their own style. In confrontations of any kind, we learn to remain physically and psychologically relaxed and to apply a system based on our own naturalness. No training is the same or comparable to any other training. The variety of techniques and principles we learn are based on the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether.
One can say that martial arts is a way of life. Thanks to Zi Ran Wu Yi Kung Fu we get an insight into it, learn to understand it and can develop ourselves.
My Recommendation
In general, I can recommend the school to anyone who is attracted to martial arts and what it entails. So, if you want to learn to deal with confrontations with yourself and others, to follow the natural flow and still have fun with the process, you will find a family environment in this school with a teacher who has extensive knowledge.
Own Philosopy and Goals
The only thing you can change is yourself.
There’s a saying, ” If you have a problem, solve it. If you can’t solve it, don’t make it a problem.”
I have learned that there are no coincidences in life. This has created a faith that everything in life has its reason and wants to teach me something, because I have chosen that way in some form. Thus, I always practice to find my way in the natural flow and to be grateful for every experience.
